I didn't fuss or anything. I explained to him what I used it for and he felt bad.

So I'm fumbling around in the kitchen trying to hold the coffee filter over the mason jar to make my tea...when out of no where DH comes up to me with this:

hair tie, coffee filter, outside ring from mason jar cap, and a small mason jar

Tea Brewing

I told him how thoughtful that was....even though it's his fault I no longer have the cut out foot of my stocking which was working perfectly, but when I saw this, I couldn't help but smile. It worked perfectly!!!!!

He is a sweetie. My husband would have thrown it away for sure. Then acted like he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked him where it was. I bought nettle tea to rinse my hair from vitacost. He apparently took everything but the tea and the invoice out of the box and tossed it. - Nettle and all. He claimed he did not throw it away.. that nettle has never been found.

So sorry Afrikurl. My DH is supportive and all, but it did shock me when he came with his invention.

Wait a minute. Your DH's actually throw things away? I'm still trying to get my BF to throw away t-shirts and flannels from the 80's... That boy keeps EVERYTHING.

aww thats so sweet!! I don't have a SO but my mother would be the one who throws all my stuff away...now I just hide my hair gadgets and such things from her :yep:
