My BP was 97/61 this morning at my Dr appt, a lot lower than it normally is. I normally run around 120/70 something. The only think I can think of that I changed is starting MR. My Dr wants me to track my BP 2 x per day for the next 10 days and get back with her. One of my sisters just passed away in her sleep in September from slow heart rate, she just stopped breathing in her sleep
. I certainly don't want that to happen with me.
Now, on the other hand, my sugar numbers dropped big time. I just had a randomly done blood test done about 2 weeks ago to see if I was pre-diabetic. My number came back excellent, while last month it was on the almost diabetic level. Just wanted to let you ladies know and maybe check your BP.
Dr said she could increase my BP meds if my BP stayed low, and I can continue taking the MR to help me with my sugar levels.
