My Boar\'s Bristle Brush is not hard enough!!!....

What should I do? I have another brush that has some really pointy bristles, so I feel like it could damage my hair in the long run, but it works soooo well!! My hair is natural, so it's hard to lay those little curls down...Suggestions?..

I don't have a sugggestion, just a question. Do boar bristle brushes really get hair straight when blowdrying with them? I've been tempted to buy one but they seem sooo HARD and it just looks like it would rip my hair out.

Re: My Boar\'s Bristle Brush is not hard enough!!!....

I believe there are at least 2 types of boar bristle brushes and I don't understand the difference between them because I've heard so many people complain about them being hard, whereas on mine, the bristles are so soft, sometimes it doesn't do anything for my hair and all. It barely moves the little hairs

A good tip is to use a scarf.
