Here I am thinking something is wrong with my beloved Jilbere flat iron when all along, it was product build up!!! (hence my clarifying thread last night---thanks for all the suggestions!!)
And of course I never though it was my beloved Joico products (which are filled with cones

Any way, I have clarified and the world is right again.
