It's mainly a growth/grooming aid for horses but can be used by humans for growth as well. The smell is not very popular but can be covered by mixing with essiential oils like (peppermint, lavender, jasmine) and diluting with favorite leave in conditioners. I used it in 2006 and believe it did aid in allot of growth. Pics in my 2006 fotki folder. I don't use it anymore. Worst time to wear it is during the hot summer. Smells like liquid smoke (the barbque liquid) sold at local grocery stores. If you do an advance search in the LHCF you will find many threads covering its pros/cons.

  • Some apply to scalp only
  • Some apply to both scalp and hair
  • Some deep condition with it
  • Some sleep with it over night and rinse out in the morning
Hope this helps

Thanks for taking the time to share the info. Good luck with your quest for shoulder length in 2008.
