Does MTG have to stind/tingle to be effective?
The first time I used it my scalped tingled/was on fire? I think either I had open wounds or that it was becaused I mixed it with thyme(essential oil)

Because It recommended that you use it daily if you have a scalp condition like dermatitis I did just that. It burned burned burned.

Stop using it for a week and started back up again without the essential oil.

Now not a tingle. Nothing. It's like I did nothing(except for the smell).
Does this mean I need to mix it with something? Does the stimulation or the sulfur make it grow?

I love MTG  I was a skeptic but i can really see the growth. My new pics kinda shows the thickness and length.
I mix mine with Surge moisture aid and it works like a charm. I've never had any tingle or burn and im a sensitive scalp.

Just give it some time.

MTG shouldn't burn your scalp. (Your neck and ears may be a different subject) I think there may have been some sort of chemical reaction when you used the thyme oil.

You have to be really careful with thyme oil because it will burn on it's own without a good carrier oil. Sulphur and thyme. Bonjour
