MTG or sublime sulphur powder

I want to add a sulphur based growth aid to my mix (JBCO and rosemary oil) and I was thinking of adding MTG. But I saw the ingredients and it contains mineral oil which is an ingredient that I want to avoid. Will sublime sulphur powder do the same job as MTG?

I haven't used MTG, but from what I understand sulfur is the active ingredient. Many ladies on the board are doing oil mixes with the sulfur and getting great growth, so I don't think it could hurt.
