it is a liquid leave-in, i believe- from what i have read, most ladies put it in a squirt bottle and add oil and sometimes water. I am not a user. Maybe someone else can offer you more information. HTH.

Ahh, this is why you feel overwhelmed. I totally understand though because I went on vacation for almost 2 weeks and when I returned I literally had over 50 pages to read through for the OCT/MT challenge alone, never mind all the other threads that I was actively involved with. These girls don't play around when it comes to their hair.

By the way MT is a protein based strengthener that we are mixing with some oil and applying to our scalps only - not our hair because it is a strong protein. Garlic oil, garlic poo and treatments are being used to curb the shedding, deep conditioning with a moisturizing deep conditioner 2 times a week is recommended, daily moisturizing is also needed as well. Some ladies are also co-washing an additional 2-3 times a week - I only co-wash once a week with 2 weekly deep conditioning.

There is a little more detail than this and I think you really do need to read the thread to do it right. It is great though and it really is growing our hair out fairly quickly. Good luck with it.
