im just want to get an idea of what is working for you all. So how do you apply?

I DC with heat full strength for 30 minutes one day and rinse, the next day I only leave on my scalp and sometimes my ends and length of hair before I moisturize when it's dry. I do this for 5 days. Then take two days off.

CurlyMoo,
Ohhhh I didn't know you could DC with it . I must try that. I just started last week but I've been applying it to my scalp (like grease) every other night and sleeping with it on my scalp and co washing with a non protien conditioner in the morning. So far so good!

Yes I love it. Heat helps the protein penetrate better by opening up the cuticle. Don't forget to use a moisturizing conditioner after. But if you are happy with only applying to scalp that is just great. :yep:

Here's a good thread that has quite a few routines in it.

I can't remember what I said, but I haven't changed much. I part my hair (preparted via twists), and apply as little MT as possible to each part, and I'm done. I DC twice a week (Wed/Sat) and that's when I rinse it out/wash my hair. I don't use it on my length, at all.
