Good Morning Ladies...
Happy Friday..I said today when I got to work I was going to do work..
I wasn't going to get on here..LOL

I just wanted to post and say I am really glad I found this board. I have been taking MSM for almost a week now and I really do see a difference. My skin is looking really good-I don't even use my proactive anymore..

I am going to get my products today and really work this..

But I just wanted to say I am happy with MSM and thanks for putting me on...

LOL-I was so scared...I wasn't going to do it.

I take one teaspoon every morning which I think is 4,000mg...1/4 is 1000mg so I am thinking a teaspoon has to be 4,000mg..

I love my skin-I want my money back from proactive..LOL

I am going to get the MSM powder form from vitamin shop. I tried this years ago along with the Biotin. I had unbelievably zits. I hope that won't be the case this time.,

Country_gal- i have very oily skin and combo skin..It's crazy I knew for sure I was going to be all bumpy but I drink the water and it has helped my sking a lot..Keep me posted how it works for you...

I'm glad MSM works for you! I guess for some people who it works for, its a god send. I believe i reacted badly because biotin already has detoxifying properites plus i'm on a whole other load of tabs and i guess it was just too much detoxification for my weak lil body!!! I'm gonna give my bottle a 2nd chance b4 it expires, but ontil now i can only envy those who can cope with it!!

I Love water..It's crazy you couldn't get me to drink water before I guess since I want hair so bad..I may even stand out and sing in the rain with a clown suit...LOL

I am just glad it's working..
