I notice alot of you use MSM, how exactly does it work for your hair? On the bottles they say it's for your joints. What's your experience with it?

I know lots of ladies here have experience changes to hair texture, ranging from slightly -- dramatically

Some use it for skin conditions like eczema too.

It has helped me with growth. I noticed more growth, about 1/4 more, and it comes quicker. tht

I am killing two birds with one MSM (stone! LOL). I have bad joints and it is good for maintaining them. But I also use it for my hair. I have natural hair and it my new growth comes in less kinky. (which is a good and bad thing!) but I do notice the new growth and it is growing in faster.
