Okay I'm not big on eating Chinese food, but realize today that everytime after eating Chinese food I get a slight headache and feeling like I want to puke. So I google side effect of MSG and there in black and white I see that headache and nausea are some of the side effect. It also said HAIR LOSS is another side effect.
