Tricking the president
does anyone have her number? i ordered on the 13th and still no product. thats 17days!!! but my money was sure taken out of my account a lot faster than 17 days.
 
I sent an email yesterday stating that I did not get my order that was placed around the 15th or so. The person responding to the email said that the orders around that time were lost and that they would overnight it to me. I told her they did not have to spend extra cash overnighting it, and that I would expect in in the next week or so. I think the same thing may have happened with your order. That website was doing some odd stuff anyway. I tried ordering 4 or 5 times and kept getting error message. I was finally able to place the order, but I guess they were still having problems. Since I paid with paypal and paypal gives address and orders, I still think someone could have gotten something out to me, but oh well.
 
I too ordered on the 15th, she emailed me and said mine would be sent out 7/26 so hopefully I will be receiving it. Her number is on the website I think
 
Its on the website, I dont think they are quite tech savvy. I did call when I hadnt received my order, and got mine on monday, I ordered Jul 15, email confirmation sent out the 16th, received 25th.
 
Ms. Sue's number is 210-657-6077. I placed my order on July 10 and just received it on July 26. I contacted Ms. Sue on the 21st to ask about my order and she was explainig to me the difficulty that she was having with the postal service because Paypal shows $3.00 and change for shipping but when she went to mail packages they ended up being about $8.00 and change which is a big difference and that is why she was having difficulty with mailing products. However, I was sent a shippoing notice on July 15 and I chose Priority shipping so when a few days went by and I still hadn't received my package, I was worried. I eventually called Ms. Sue on the 21st and talked to her about it and she advised me that the package had already went out. I received my package on July 26 and the post date on it was...... July 21st, which meant that it was mailed the same day that I spoke to Ms. Sue instead of before on July 15 like the shipping notice stated. All I know is, I waited a long time for my package and was starting to think that I would never receive it. I don't know if she is still having dificulty with mailing packages like she said before, but I saw on my package that the shipping only cost $2.53 and I paid over $3.00 for shipping. Good luck!

i just called and left a message. all i know is that this stuff better work cuz i'll be pissed if i wen through all this aggravation.

The same thing happened to me but only she said mine was sent out on the 7/26 when I get home I hope it is there
 
Her customer service seems to be really inconsistent. I ordered around 7/15 and received mine in about a week.

Well, the way Ms. Sue described it to me was that the postal service (UPS or USPS) charged her the $8.00 for the packages when she went to mail them instead of the $3.00 that showed up on Paypal. I'm honestly a little confused myself about it, but at least I finally got my package and I sincerely hope that it is worth all the trouble.

I wrote her a email stating my concerns, my next step is calling paypal and letting them know and calling her to get my money back, I don't care if this grease make people hair grow down to their ankles I will never do business with her again. This is really bad business, I've given her the benefit of doubt but something fishy is going on and I can't put my finger on it

if u ladies r unhappy and tired of waiting i think some of u should try what longhair75 said she is gonna do and juss file a complaint with paypal...u can get ur money back and move on...

waiting 2 weeks is a long time if u havent been notified when u ordered or it wasn't on the website somewhere...it would be different if u were already told it would at least take 2 weeks...

I know exactly how you feel. I got frustrated when I was waiting on my order too. I ordered mine on the 10th and received it on the 26th. When I finally did receive the package, I noticed it was shipped on the 21st so that is 5 days from the time I received it. Maybe you could wait at least until Monday to see if it shows up and then take action with Paypal. I used Priority Shipping too, which is why I didn't understand why it took 5 days; usually it takes two or three. I really hope your package shows up so that you won't have to go through trying to get your money back.
 
Its really easy getting your money back from Paypal. I had to do it over a freakin pillow. It took maybe 2 weeks though.

it didnt even take that long for me when i had to do it once...

the ask the seller what the deal is...and then decide if their excuse is feeble or not then give ur money back...

if u really want ur cash back then i would really stress to paypal the reputation of the customer service...

its not personal..but it is ur money...
 
Thanks yall, I will wait until Monday to take action. I did call paypal and they said all I have to do is file a claim through their resolution center. They even emailed me all the steps, I will do it Monday if I still don't have my grease.
