What do you guys think is the most moisturizing relaxer out there?

A relaxer that really helps relieve dryness and restore moisture.

What about kiddie perms, such as Just for Me? Do you think they are moisturizing?

I've used the Optimum Care Anti-Breakage Therapy relaxer and Silk Elements Olive Oil No-Lye relaxer and my hair was pretty moisturized afterwards. But if there are any that are more moisturizing than those two...I'd like to know!

Just for Me killed my hair. No lye relaxers tend to dry hair out. Alter Ego Shea Butter Lye Relaxer has wonderful reviews for keeing the hair moisturizing.

Elucence lye relaxer in normal strength left my hair very moisturized when i was relaxed. i remember when i did my virgin relaxer and after rinsing it out my hair felt very oily, still thick, and "heavy". it wasn't dried out, limp, & lifeless like my hair used to be when i was relaxed as a teenager and knew nothing about proper hair care.

A lot of people didn't like this relaxer because it wouldn't get their hair bone straight. but that's the reason why i chose it because it was so mild. it never burned my scalp either. it almost felt like conditioner going on.

great question. I add oils to my perms to make them more moisturizing. Babasu oil.
