Here's todays long hair growth tip:

Blow drying
The best thing for tightly curled hair is to stay away
from blow dryers. Blow dryers make our hair brittle and
easy to break.

Over use it can cause hair to lose its elasticity. Most
people use the blow dryer as a straightening comb. When we
do this we tend to use the hottest setting for a long
period of time. The only saving grace is that most people
also put a lot of oil on the hair when using a blow dryer.

The best thing to do is air dry. I haven't used a blow
dryer on a regular basis in over 12 years. When I air
dry my hair, I brush it down (using a boar hair brush)
and tie a scarf around it. It can be brushed straight down
or wrapped around your head. If you chose to wrap it,
start from the crown of your head and brush the hair in a
circular motion. Once it is all wrapped around your head,
tie it down with a cotton or silk scarf and let it
dry naturally.

If you're reading this right now, and you'd like

hair longer, I recommend that you check out our 112
