monoi oil

i was wondering if anybody here uses monoi oil?? i know that on the other long hair site a lot of people use it. i really love it, cause it smells awesome. your hair will smell so good even after three days. it makes your hair very shiny and soft. here is a link for y'all. sorry pjs

i just wanted to add this link. somebody had posted the link to this hair site on another hair board, and when i was looking through the site and clicked on OILS this came up, and i was thinking that this is sooo right. i'm telling y'all monoi oil is the bomb!!! i mean i've been using it for a loong time now, i think i mentioned it a couple of times here on the board too...

I've used it a long time ago. A very nice lady sent me some in the mail.

It does smell GOOD and it gives the hair a very nice shine.

i've been using monoi oil off and on since i joined the hair boards. up until recently, i used the tiare scent. my friend got me some of the tipanie scent for christmas. she got it from the first link that you posted, nay. i LOVE the stuff. my problem is that i usually forget that i have it.

I've used it before and found that I had to use a lot to make my hair feel moisturized. I don't use it on my hair anymore because I've found other oils to be better for my hair, but I use it in place of body lotion everyday.

I actually had the pleasure of getting a bottle of this oil while on the beautiful island of Oahu 2 weeks ago. I used it as a pre-treatment and it left my hair soft and shiny.
