Ladies I wanted to ask how you moisturize your hair daily when its in a stretched state without having to restyle it every time and prevent reversion or losing your style?

I am currently rocking a blow dry-tension method stretched two-strand twist bantu knot out. (If that makes sense).

I don't want to bantu knot my hair again in order to re-moisturize but if I moisturize my hair with something water based my stretched style will shrink into a fluffy, twist out fro.

My hair does not like aloe vera based refreshers or coconut oil as a moisturizer. I'm currently using APB's ayurvedic oil to fluff my hair but its not enough as I know its a sealer. Any suggestions or will I just have to re-bantu knot each time I moisturize. I'm trying to show length, as I'm growing tired of WNGs but don't want breakage from over-manipulation.

Edit: My hair is only an inch below collar bone length. So I still have what's considered short hair, especially in its shrunken state.

Two flexi rods in two ponytails either two strand twisting it or leave it loose on the rollers.

Or soft pillow rollers, even better. Moisturize and seal and roll it.

I gently scrunch moisturizer into my hair these days. I find its been pretty effective.
