I've been doing a bit of research and I'm a bit confused, I was looking to define deep moisturizing condition so I read a few threads, then I read that moisturizers can't penetrate the strands without some protein.
Having something to do with the size of the product molecules. So my question is, are there any moisturizes that do so without protein? How can you tell the size of the molecules? Hopefully I am making since. :perplexed

I seem to recall an old thread where coconut, jojoba, monoi oil?--to name a few were--listed as such oils. Personally, I believe all carrier oils have small molecules hence the reason they are used to "carry" small moleculed essential oils and deliver them wherever needed. So I am guessing any of these non-nut oils: avocado, grapeseed, jojoba, coconut (http://www.joiningofherbs.com/non-nut_oils.html) and these nut oils: sweet almond, hazelnut, kukui nut, macadamia nut, walnut (http://www.joiningofherbs.com/nut_oils.html) would fall in that class of "small molecule oils".
