You should apply moisturizer to both wet and dry hair, daily is best. HTH!

Mine works better for me on dry hair. Especially my ends. Its like it is dying of thrist and I give it a refreshing quencher.

As soon as I come out of the shower, and then once it dries. If it wants some more, give it some more.
