I hope everyone is staying warm and dry.....
Crazy weather....
I was wondering how strong are these protein treatments?
Safe enough to use every other week, or would it be overkill on the hair....

Any info is appreciated...

Smooth and Shine isn't a particularly strong protein treatment. It should be fine for regular use.

I'm not sure if you're talking about the Elasta Recovery product, but that's a mositurizer, not a conditioner. Not sure if that's the one you mean tho....
