I did my own version of what i call a modified conditioning wash last night because of problems with my hair being completely soaked from roots to tips with sweat after working out. i'm surprised that it worked out pretty good

i think my hair was happy with it because i didn't put it thru the stress of an all out "regular shampoo". i combed through my hair right quick before getting in the shower so it was already detangled. i just let the water in the shower run down my hair for 5 minutes and rinse all the sweat out (which was actually pretty relaxing to say the least). added Suave Coconut conditioner, rinsed that out. added the VO5 strawberries and cream left that on for a couple minutes rinsed that, squeezed out the excess water, put it in a ponytail and tied my crown with a scarf --:) i liked the results and will try this again. (i added pics which i took today)

wow, your hair looks really pretty and healthy. Was that your hair just air dried...it got really straight! I love your length as well.

yeah, it's airdried

i smoothed some SmoothN'Shine hair polisher on it while it was damp then i applied a little more after it finished drying and that really helped it to stay frizzless and added some shine

Your hair looks GREAT! You have the length that I want...nothing longer. Beautiful!

) i wore my hair in a ponytail which cut down on the damp hair alot so i am able to do just a quick bun before bed

I concur, your hair looks great. And (again), your hair dried that straight from just being in a ponytail?

my hair dried while i was watching tv the other night (still close to my touchup so it was dry within 3 hours) i was surprised myself. Last time i did an actual conditioning wash i did it with my hair drying in a bun and i didnt' like the result as much as just doing the ponytail

--this is a better result and my head wasnt wet forever
