I have been using it for 10wks straight. I don't have any length pics but I do have pics that show thickness after 10 wks of use consistently. I plan on using this until I reach 24 weeks post and then I will relax my hair and update my fotki( January 10,2008) and that way everyone can see my progress using MN for 24 weeks(6 mo.) straight.

Never experience headaches with MN. It is absolutely great for thickness and growth.

How often do you apply it to your scalp and how do you style your hair? Does the mn mix make your hair look greasy? I can't wait to see pictures, it motivates me.

I apply it to my scalp every other day. Since I am going on eleven weeks post I usually wear my hair in a pony covered with a baggie and then my phony bun over that(hope this makes sense) IMO, MN doesn't make your hair look greasy like MTG.

Hey Soony! Welcome to the board! MN stands for Micanozole Nitrate( i think that i spelled that right?) which the name brand for it is Monistat...Monistat is an anitfungal creme which when applied to the scalp aids in hair growth. You can type MN into the search feature and you should be able to pull up a ton of threads

Yet again I said I am slow...lol... Monistat that I know is yeast infection cream... I dont know if this is what your telling me to put in my hair or is there a specific form I need to use. And I typed it in the search and it didn't help. I appreciate the help... Please help a sistah out!

OOPS! Sorry girl! Yes believe it or not I am talking about the yeast infection cream. You don't have to necessarily use the brand name Monistat, but just use the miconazole nitrate(type this into the search feature and not MN) I use the off brand myself. Miconazole Nitrate(MN) is actually used in alot of antifungal products besides "yeast infection" creams so it is okay to put on your scalp. I could school you all day on this, but then it would be just my opinion. Do a search and get the opinions of others and see if this is something that you may want to try...some people just can't get over the fact that a yeast infection cream is a great hair growth product. Sooney just lookout for my fotki update in January and you can see what the buzz is all about

OMG, who whudda thunk?!?!? I am going out to buy some ASAP... I am trying to achieve APL+ by January 25th (my Grad Date). My hair growth has been stunted! Can you just let me know how you use it. I was thinking of mixing it with BB Growht serum... What do you think... I need help bad!

I think that it is okay to mix it with the product of your choice...I apply mine like I would if I was "greasing my scalp" other dilute theirs with oil. Do what works for you. I mix mine with a little 024(pic in my fotki) B&B Growth serum has a good mix of oils so I don't think it would hurt anything to put some in your mn

I mix it with sulfer 8 grease, but some people mix it with other things.
