We use it at my salon, but only for people whose main complaint is dandruff. The main ingredient is zinc and it tends to be drying, so we follow it up with steam. We were using Nexxu Danderest, but now can't find it anywhere.

I thought maybe it could be used for other scalp issues like sore scalp or other scalp irritations Guess its mainly for dandruff.
