Can this be used as a regular conditioner? or just for deep co. Or is it that yummy to use either way?

I love it either way, but I mostly use it as a dc. It's one of the only moisturizing conditioners that really tame my new growth when I am stretching my relaxer - like I am now.

I love it either way. I leave on for different lengths of time and vary how I use heat with it. This is my staple!
