Can someone give me a little information on this product? I did a search and there wasn't a lot of information on it.

Is it a deep conditioner? Would you recommend it?

Thanks!

I copied this from some web site:

Mizani Hydrafuse "A must for hair that has lost its moisture balance. Penetrates deep within each strand of hair to make it softer and more pliable."

I have this but I really can't give it a thumbs up or down. When I use it, I use it with the Kerafuse and the Moisturefuse so I can't really tell you what effects the Hydrafuse had on my hair. One thing that I don't like about it is that it doesn't have any slip (at least not for me, that's why I use the Moisturefuse after). I have heard of others that really like it so I will continue to give it a try. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

What's the difference between the "hydrafuse" and the "moisturefuse"???

Thanks so much Rayne!

Actually I just got back from a Beauty Supply Center that I've never really shopped in before. I had a wonderful experience.

They didn't have Hydrafuse but, I did purchase the Moisturfuse!

I also got free samples of Joico K Pak Reconstructor.

Ooohhh, I've been dying to try the K Pak. Let us know how you like it and the Moisturefuse. I LOVE the Moisturefuse!!

LuLu, the Hydrafuse is supposed to be an "intensive" conditioner while the Moisturefuse is a "deep" conditioner. So I guess the hydrafuse is supposed to be more moisturizing. I have both bottles at home so I'll post what it says on the bottles.

I'm looking forward to trying them both out!

I plan to try the Moisturefuse tomorrow night. After reading ArmyQT's thread on Deep Conditioning I felt guilty for neglecting that oh so important step!

Ok, here's what it says on the bottles:

Mizani Moisturfuse Moisturizing Conditioner is a deep moisturizing conditioning complex that saturates dry hair and scalp with soothing, softening moisture. It revitalizes and reduces breakage and splitting of hair. This complex of conditioners and proteins has substantive moisturizing properties that leaves the hair soft, supple and natural looking.

Mizani Hydrafuse Intensive Mositurizing Treatment binds a moisture-rich complex of ingredients to hair that has lost its moisture balance. By penetrating deep within each strand, the two-way moisturizing system attracts elemental moisture to parched sites as it seals in its inherent lubricants. The result is greater pliability and softness. Though this compound is the foundation for restoring moisture to dry hair it may be blended with Mizani Kerafuse Intensive Strengthening Treatment in accordance with the condition of the hair.

The Hydrafuse didn;t seem to do anything for my hair---it definitely didn't have any slip!

I hated the hydrafuse as well as the kerafuse. I too thought that the hydrafuse would be even better than the moisterfuse but it wasn't. Absolutely no slip and it didn't even coat my hair, I felt like I was putting in slushy water.

hmmm... I've seen it quite a few times listed in magazines as a good Deep Conditioner. Oh well, thanks for all of your replies ladies.

I've got the Hydrafuse and Kerafuse at home, I'm not very impressed with either product, when used individually. My stylist mentioned that my hair was in very good condition so it must have been working fairly well. It just didn't 'feel' like it was to me.

That's interesting LaNecia. Have you tried the Moisturfuse? If so, what were your results with it?

Actually, the Moisturfuse I liked better than the other two. Do keep in mind that the Kerafuse and Hydrafuse products are considered 'treatments' for hair whereas the Moisturfuse would be more like 'just' a conditioner.

The Moisturfuse to me provided a decent amount of slip and conditioning to the hair (especially when used w/heat). All in all, I'd say their products are pretty good, just didn't quite make the grade for what I was looking for. Personally, I'm giving the Elucence line a try (ordered yesterday).
