Can someone tell how to use the Super Conditioner and Super Rinse? Do you use them both at the same time? Do you use the rinse first or last? With heat or with out? I tried to do a search but the subject is not coming up (which is suprising)

TIA

This is how I use it:

*after shampooing hair, apply 10 en 1 super conditioner
*I let it remain on my hair for a few minutes then rinse
*then I apply 10 en 1 super rinse (I always use the rinse last)
*I let it remain on my hair for a few minutes then rinse
*I do not use either with heat
HTH!

The Super Cond is a lot thicker than the Super Rinse. The ingredients are fairly different, too.
