Thank you Kat. I don't have a solid regime. I get a wash, set, deep conditioner and wrap at the dominican salon once a week. I was using the Ovation shampoo, cell therapy(deep cond) and the creme rinse for the past month. It was ok but I will be using the aphogee shampoo and 2 min reconstructor(deep cond for 20 mins) and the salerm 21(leave in) now. I moisturize my nape and edges every night with the Jane Carter nourishing creme. At the present time I'm bunning every day. That's all I can think of now.
