i've been using motions mild for a few years now and i have very thick 4a/b hair. i try to leave it on for 15 min. only but sometimes go over, no more than 18 min though.
i can probably use a regular but since i'm so slow i go with the mild formula. i'll be switching relaxers just to try something different.
