Micro wave Steam Cap???

Has anyone ever used THIS ? This one is microwaveable. I wonder if it acutally holds heat for 20 minutes?

I'd appreciate some feedback as well.... Will this do or should I go ahead and invest in a cap dryer?

I have it, yes it holds heat very well & stays warm for well over 30 mins. HTH
