Michelle3147 your hair is silky and beautiful. The progress you've made cannot continue to go unnoticed.

Aw Man thanks Ladies:Blush2: Yall are so sweet. Well if it wasn't for me jacking my hair up in the fall of 03 I don't think I would have continued to stay with this board. I was playing hair dresser and ended up chemical damage. Anyway I had to get that awful cut you see in my siggy.

I started this following regime almost two years ago. I simply wash my hair about twice a week with Nexxus Therappe or Kenra Moisturizing shampoo. I normally do a lite protein treatment witn Nexxus Keraphix after each wash. After I do a deep conditioner with heat with Kenra Moisturizing conditioner mixed with Kenra Intensive Emollient treatment.

About once a month I follow up with a hardcore protein with nexxus emergencee. I strictly do wet sets only. My favorite products are elasta qp design foam and their leave in conditioner. I thinks its called H-2?

I think what really made my hair take off was leaving those awful curling irons alone. I threw them all out about two years ago and style strictly with caruso rollers. I also nixed the wrapping quite some time ago because I like to hold the body my hair sometimes retains from the rollers. I just throw it up in a loose pony with a satin scruchie and go to bed.

I have never tried surge or used any vitamins to help speed up my growth.

My carusos are on the way my dear...keep up the good work...sounds like Nexxus should send you on a vacation for being so loyal to them.

I've been admiring your hair all along Michelle!! I hear you about throwing out those curling irons. I did too back in 2003 and it really made a difference. Your hair looks so healthy and silky. It's getting long too. :yep:

Yes michelle's hair is gorgeous ! She was the one that inspired me to start using Kenra when I first found hair boards. Michelle your hair really is growing like crazy ! :)
