Most people leave in and put on the scalp only.
Once in a while (once a week max) you may put the product on your hair, leave in only for 5 minutes and wash out. THe product has alot of protein, so it can not be used often on your hair, or else it will make you hair dry and cause alot of breakage.

No not at all it smells like aphogee 2 minute keratin reconstructor.

I have ovation and it smells really nice, it has a really pleasant smell! Nothing like MTG. I have so much stinky MTG still sitting under my sink. I hate to waste things, but I have to get honest with myself.
I doubt I will ever use that stinky product again....
