Though I have not actually used Carol's Daughter's products, I signed up for her e-mail updates along time ago. I received this via e-mail today & thought I'd share it with you all. I know her products (& recently her customer service) get mixed reviews but maybe this could be a chance for people to express their concerns with her directly.

Hmph...I wish i could go so I could tell her about herself and piss poor business. I am on boycott with her products because of the poor customer service.

Makes my blood boil the way the sales rep AND their supervisors talked to me on the phone after I expressed my concerns about their bad business practices and had to threaten to report them to the BBB.

I did read your thread. It was one of the main reasons I decided to do this thread. I think that people should tell her what's going on. I've never ordered or used her products but I know someone who did & their problem wasn't with customer service but the products themselves.
