How do you mask the smell of henna?

I was thinking of adding orange/vanilla oil to it.

On mehendi it says you can add powdered ginger root powder.

Have you successfully masked the smell of henna and how?

I like the smell of henna, so I'm no help. Bumping this for ya, though.

Girl you speak the truth about that smell I hate it too. I just did a henna treatment over the weekend. After putting the powder and mixing it with boiling hot water I added 1/4 cup eash of V05 Strawberries & Cream conditioner & Hollywood's Olive Oil Cholesterol, 2 tps. of eash Amla Oil and Kemi Oil, and 10 drops of Lavender oil. After all that no henna scent at all.
