Isn't that a great feeling?! I love it. My girlfriend is always confused because I'm so chipper during that time. I keep trying to tell her she can have happy periods too. :lol:

I used to tell one of my friends that too, but she truly doesn't believe that her poor diet affects her health. Go figure, eh.

I know!! I can play, workout, and even wear light colored bottoms :eek: without stressing. It's bliss. :love:

It'll make a difference. Working out has really gotten my hormones under control so my cycle is great. MSM has shortened them from 5-6 days to 3 days like they used to be. The last time I visited my OB/GYN, we discussed my pap smear, my cycles, my diet and my vitamins, and he said I was "a vision of perfect health." :D Try it girl!

try it and see!!!! i was just talking about it to my gf last nite. she just so happened to have stopped eating junk and processed foods and was saying that her cycle was light and even lighter in color too. she didnt put it all together until i mentioned this topic:D
