I happened to catch the end of this. I'm online trying to figure out what the difference is between the mp and xp. It says the xp is for very thick or very long hair. So is there a size difference or a heat difference?

Thanks, I just ordered mine. I broke my xp ( bigger of the two) but I have decided to order the mp this time. I can't wait to receive it.

Size difference. The XP is 2" or 2 1/2" (don't remember which). The MP is 1 1/4".

They had a model on there with type 3 hair, when I watched. She might have even been a type 3c/4a.

So, I have a stupid question. Is the maxi geared more towards naturals? Or do relaxed heads get good results?

I shouldn't even be looking at this as I'm staying away from heat right now. And I still love my sedu. But I'm curious!
