I believe scalp massages are effective for hair growth. Check out all of the long-haired beauties and they will usually advise on massaging scalps regularly.

I also believe it's good for relaxation

When I oil my scalp I usually massage for a few minutes (to make sure my whole scalp is covered evenly) right before I sit under the steamer. I never thought about it... I should try and track my progress. I just started doing it sometime earlier this year...

I think they work. I made good progress with regular head massages (combined with some inversion and GHE). I'm getting back to it now, after slacking for several months.

I do. I had success with the Inversion Method.

Inversion
Massages
Heated Products: Cayenne, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Pimento
Anything that causes blood to rush to the scalp will help stimulate the scalp.

Agreed! To cleanse my scalp this morning I used a cool mint clay wash. I deliberately and slowly massaged my scalp in circles for probably ten mins and it tingled all over, I mean every inch. My scalp felt alive, and now I want everything I use on my scalp to be minty!

@snookes

Keep trying to stimulate and awaken those Follicles and increase blood flow.

If you are going to try it, it might be helpful to: 1) Stay Consistent 2) Journal your progress.
Yes I shall do that, thank you. I do it every evening I think I am addicted lol. I love the feeling I get now that I am doing it right :)

I have the Giovanni triple treat conditioner and that feels amazing on my scalp esp when I DC with it ;)
