I don't like to call people out like this, but you don't receive PM's. I was wondering if I could have your regimen. It doesn't look like you have a fotki. I hope you don't mind me calling you out, but your hair has grown exponentially in 2 years. I'm just wondering what you do. Thanks!

I know we are two years later but I'm only seeing this thread now, I was looking for members who usually start positive threads and of course had to think of you:). My regimen is quite simple and somewhat out of the norm: I wash my hair once a month with CON red or green label, I deep condition with Ouidad deep treatment for 45min with heat. After rinsing my hair I moisturize it with a combination of Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla leave-in, aloe vera juice and mineral water. I then seal with an oil (during the warm months) or a butter (during the cold months) while I'm twisting my hair. My protective style of choice are two strand twists, although I occasionally let someone braid my hair. While my hair is braided/twisted I spray it with mineral water on a daily basis and seal with oil again. HTH

Thanks. Please list your favorite butters and oils. Which ones do you find the most effective?

I have two favorite oils for sealing: almond oil and sweet almond oil, the latter makes my hair very soft. For butters I use pistachio nut butter, mango butter, sweet almond butter and macademia butter. HTH
