Can I use this as a protein conditioner? I know i should follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. Can i use it weekly? How long should i leave it on my hair?

.....mixed with oils=prepoos. Shampooing and conditioning afterwards with sulfate free shampoo when I use it and a really moisturizing and conditioning conditioner, usually a different line of products.
