I placed this under this board because it definitely involves hair care all the way!
My husband works weekends, and my wash day regimen is sometimes a little lengthy (pre-poo, wash, tea/coffee rinse, (protein treatment/moisturizing balancer), deep conditioner, detangle, roller set, clean up, etc.)
I try to zip through everything and often eliminate whatever steps I can, but I still can never seem to make it in time before they wake up from their naps!
For you ladies with kids under 4--how do you do it?? I'm too exhausted by the end of the day; so I try to fit in in the middle. Bad idea? Which steps would you cut out if you were in a hurry? (By the way, I'm very blessed that, once a month, I do receive a little reprieve when my mother comes up to visit the twins. She'll take them out for the day so I can really get into giving my hair the attention it needs). But other than those times, I can't ever do more than what seems like a wash and go! How can we keep up the health of our hair under time constraints of 2 hours or less every week for a wash?
How do you ladies do it? Do you ever do it in chunks throughout the day? What lessons have you learned about hair care when pressed for time due to family needs? TIA!
