Update: I rollerset my mom's freshly relaxed hair today and it turned out really soft and silky. I used the same products: Salerm 21, Pantene Relaxed and Natural setting lotion, and a small amount of Coconut Oil. I've come to the conclusion that Salerm 21 only works great on relaxed hair esp. with rollersetting.
