Someone posted here that vitamin c and magnesium are neccesary for calcium to be absorbed which is good for hair (if I'm not mistaken). Where do you get magnesium? My multi only 12%.
I get mine from Puritan Pride. I take the calcium/magnesium combo. I believe if you take 2 of these a day, you'll get the full amount of magnesium and calcium that you need in a day.
Like you, my multi doesn't have much calcium or magnesium. And yes, it's true what you said, magnesium is needed for calcium absorption and vice versa.
