Made it to bra-strap again for the 3rd time

OK.. i will post pics soon. I gotta figure out my new camera and new macbook, but anyways. I finally made it back to brastrap again after 4 years, 2 babies, 2 post-partum sheds and a ton of stress. Each time i would make it to bra-strap, i would get pregnant have the baby and then all my hair would shed and i would have to start over from scratch. Now my hair is growing like a weed and I am sooo happy. It is acutally past my bra-strap in the very center. I just relaxed it with phyto index 2 and wet set it, and it is silky and soft and loving shescentit's avocado oil. That stuff keeps the hair on your head seriously. Anyway... hopefully i can get past this point and head to waistlength. I never thought my hair could get here and stay, but here were are 4 years later!! No more babies for me... so hopefully no more shedding.

I am currently doing just conditioner washes using costco moisturizing condish and using aveda products when i wet set.

Ha. today was funny. I wore my hair down to work, which i RARELY do.. and this client comes in and say..." look suzy.. your doctor has pretty hair... last time we saw her her hair was short." No lie. I quickly corrected her and told her that i always keep my hair in a bun because working around dirty animals is not easy on the hair, but thanks for the compliment anyway. She had dry short, colored, choppy hair and last time she came in she was wearing a weave. She is DJ for an LA radio station and she kept trying to engage me in the hair convo..but I was very busy today and had to get out of the exam room to see another paitent. Oh Well.. I was like "well hey... does my hair NOT loook pretty in a bun or what?" I guess NOT according to her..
