Made a list last night!!

I made a list of all the hair products I own, and WOWWEEEE!!!

Let's just say that actually seeing them in writing has renewed my motivation to stay on my Product Junkie Challenge!!

Lately I've felt myself slipping, and wanting to buy new stuff, but

. I gotta resist!!

For you ladies who are on either my challenge or the May challenge, you might want to make a list of your stuff... trust me, it might give you some restraint!!

I took pics of all the stuff I have (but I am to embarrassed to post them

)...that stopped me cold turkey!!!

Although, I almost made a few slips for the Neutregena line and the Pantene full & thick, but I put them back.

I really need to use up what I have.

I feel ya. Walmart has 18 gallon plastic bins for $2.94. I bought 4 of them and they are FULL of hair products!

I bought 4 because I wanted seperate bins for poo, cond, styling products and "graveyard". I gave up and just started tossing things wherever they would fit.

Me too, Labett!! And the sad thing is that I buy these things on sale and sometimes don't even try them once!!

I have full bottles of VO5 Blueberry and Strawberries & Cream that I bought last summer and have not even tried yet...

But I justify it by thinking "Well, they only cost a dollar!! ... It's okay if I need another conditioner like I need a hole in my head, and it's fine if they just sit here and clutter up my bathroom cabinet!!"

Two words: SPRING CLEANING ! ! ! You've gotta swallow the pack rat itch and just throw out the stuff you don't use.

If you haven't used it in two months, it's safe to say you don't need it. I'm moving out of the dorms so I had to do this myself. I parted with at least 2 or 3 products I hadn't even tried yet.

Throw out the stuff as though you're about to move and only have enough room for the products that you just have to have. That has helped me a lot as I sort through my miniature BSS,

Last month was a bad month for my wallet...my PJism comes and goes. I think I got it out of my system until I relax again...in July

I find I FORGET I have a lot of products and checking the list might help me "crisis" purchase less...like if I need a mositurizing conditioner I can scan my list and I'm bound to find a good one.
