L\'Oreal Feria Color Moisturizing Treatment

I've been wanting to try this ever since I heard Tracy and a few others rave about it. I bought a sample-sized amount and washed my hair today. I put shea butter and one of my olive oil conconctions in my hair, put a plastic cap over my head, and took a nap. I then washed my hair wirh Glover's Medicated Shampoo and Creme of Nature Ultra Moisturizing Shampoo. I applied the conditioner and began to shower as usual. I would estimate that I left it on for approximately five minutes even though the directions indicate to leave it on for 2 minutes. I rinsed it out and it was a little hard to tell at the beginning if I liked it becasue my fingers were pruny but it has great slip. I couldn't find my wide-toothed comb so I had to use a regular-comb which normally would have proved difficult but with the slip it provided, it wasn't difficult at all to comb my hair.

Afterwards, I sprayed my hair with Back-to-Basics Sunflower Leave-In. Then I mixed jojoba oil and Elucence MBC in my hands and applied it to my hair. My hair is still wet right now, but I expect that my hair will look great after it has air-dried.

I plan on keeping a stash of this as a rinse out moisturizing conditioner (especialy since I can't decide whether or not I want to use Elucence primarily as a leave-in or a rinse-out). It finally dawned on me, that when I do my intensive protein treatments, that I don't have to sit under the dryer again to moisturize my hair......I can use a rinse out.

So for now, I think I am satisfied with my choice of rinse-out moisturizing conditioners---Elucence and Feria Color Moisturizing Treatment. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Ok Daviine. You and Tracy have convinced me to try this wonderful product. /images/graemlins/grin.gif I haven't purchased it just yet (since I currently have THREE moisturizing conditioners). It's on my list of things to buy/try. I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

Daviine,

Guess what I bought tonight? /images/graemlins/grin.gif I was good. I bought the sample (one ounce) size. On top of that, it was on sale for $1.69. The regular price is $1.99. I'll be sure to let you know how my hair responds to it.

Re: L\'Oreal Feria Color Moisturizing Treatment

Can you ladies please tell me where you found this? I've looked at Sally's Beauty Supply and the regular drugstores and haven't found it yet.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I bought mine at Sally's. The sample is on sale this month for $1.69.

Ask the people that work there.
