Looking for a fotki album with Pigtail twists

Someone has a fotki that shows pigtails and they were twisted around a certain way... I commented asking what exactly she did but now I can't find that fotki album! Could someone direct me to it? Or perhaps the owner of that fotki will respond to this thread... hmm.
