She was mad that it was cut at the wrong cut off line, I find that you should always say that you want your hair a few inches longer than you actually want. I guess all stylists cut too much, I felt the shorter hair was very flattering on her though.

Wow she cut a lot of hair off, but the new style look good on her, but I think I would stay at mb or bsl, cuz she can't even put it in a pony tail!!! Asian women hair grows quick, so she'll be at a good length in no time.....but change is good.

The video was hard to watch. I don't think the hair dresser cared one bit that she cut off all her hair. Usually they put a rubberband at shoulder level when they do big chops. The lady who cut is must have sold it.
