Has anyone had any lately?

I had two today. Both waist length relaxed. One was shiny and thick and healthy looking. The other was dry and dull looking

None. I haven't seen any since high school. I wish I did. It would keep me encouraged.

I work with several long haired women.
I noticed yesterday that one of them had gotten a trim - her straggly ends were gone. I figured it was a perfect opportunity to talk to her. So, I told her I noticed she got her hair trimmed. She implied that it was a bit traumatic but she was glad to rid of the straggly ends. She mentioned that living in the dry climate we do, that her hair thinned out. I told her that I wondered if the same thing happened to me. Anyhow, she typically wears a big bun with a scrunchy but once in a while wears her hair down. Her hair is almost at her butt now with the trim...while the other two women already have butt length hair.

I see alot in houston, going to walmart, I have seen alot of AA women mostly all relaxed with well cared for hair or a nice lenght, Both my bestf has almost butt lenght or butt lenght,so I see them every now and then does that count

I saw one in the chinese restaraunt the other day

She was a young girl (around 14) with very thick, shiny relaxed hair. It was bra strap length but VERY beautiful because of the thicness and health. I would've commented on it, but this girl had a STANK attitude... oh well, I liked her hair

I saw one this morning on the express bus. It was a beautiful brown and slightly past bra strap. She was getting off but I was still like

because her hair was stunning.

I met a girl who is from the same country I am from.Her hair is about waist length,thick and relaxed.I really wanted to warn her about the winter since it would be tragic if her beautiful hair got damaged like mine did for my first winter.She had it in a pony but the pony was so long it was dragging way down on her coat.

I see black women with long hair all the time in Los angeles. Maybe it is because of the warmer weather plus a lot of women here tend to wear there hair more natural either in a ponytail or in braids. I dont see the 'creative styles I used to when I lived in the south... freezes, finger waves, glitter, asymmetrical cuts, extragavant weaves etc etc although I must say that those girls did look really good

I always have long hair sightings when I go to get my manicures, they're mostly young girls 19-25. Bra clasp and below, they like the burgundy and bright red hair. Obviously not weaves or extensions.

Yes, I used to see a lot of sightings too when I lived in Houston Happy Locks! Here in Dallas, I see a few every once in a while, but not nearly as many as in Houston. I don't know why that is. I would hardly see any in Austin though. Hmmmmmm???

So true!! I have a few cousins that live in LA, and most of them have long pressed hair (bra-clasp length or longer).
