This pH thing is still confusing to me? Is it fair to compare a shampoo to a relaxer just because they both have a high pH? I thought that the chemicals in the stuff were more important.

pH is important in everything. Especially chemicals. If something is too acidic it is just that.. ACID. Regardless of what's in it.

maybe her strips were wrong..... or they ran out of room for ingredients
