I've never ordered my locsocs from the website. I have gotten mine from the vendor at hair events. Just use your credit card (no debit card) to place your online orders and you will be fine. Or if you have any upcoming hair events in your area, email them and see if they will be at the event.

You could always send them an email and see what their response time is to see if they are actively managing the store.

Yes. I ordered 2 last week. Shipping was fast also. I used paypal. I got the loc soc and a sue maesta hooded headband from rickys. The loc soc is more durable but I like them both.
