My SO just started growing his locs & to be honest at first I didn't want him to get them. Regardless, he did what he wanted & it looks okay so I figured hey, if you can't beat 'em join em.
They've been in since December 07 and they're just starting to look like tiny dreds. I want to start assisting him in maintaining them but idk where to begin. He has like 3b hair and he wants them to be really thin. I read up on them a little bit. So far, all we've learned is to wash them about once a month at first and palmroll them with some type of wax after the shampoo & make sure that they're dry.
Do you all have any other suggestions?
